Refund & Exchange Policy:

At DVR Clothing, we maintain strict quality standards for all our products.

We currently do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as size issues, change of preference, or incorrect product selection by the customer.

Exchange requests are accepted only in cases where the customer receives:

  • A defective product

  • A damaged item

  • An incorrect product

Customers must report such issues within 7 days of delivery along with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

To ensure quality assurance and order accuracy, all orders are carefully inspected and documented during the packaging and dispatch process. In case of any reported discrepancy, our team may review dispatch records and packaging documentation during verification.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact to be eligible for review.

Once verified by our team, a suitable exchange or resolution will be provided.

DVR Clothing reserves the right to decline exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions.
